PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS

​All prospective members must meet the following criteria:

​

  • Complete and submit a New Initiate Application

  • Must have graduated from a Louisiana high school or attended a Louisiana high school for at least two (2) years

  • Must have participated in a Louisiana high school music ensemble, such as a marching band, concert/symphonic band, jazz band, choir, dance group, etc.

  • Must currently be enrolled in a college or university

  • Must have completed a full semester of college

  • Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.25 or higher, or a semester GPA of at least 2.00

  • Must have completed a semester in a college music ensemble (participation in other ensembles requires approval from the National Executive Board)

  • Must review and sign the N Phi O, Inc. anti-hazing policy and waiver form
